Catharina Sligting

Born in Amsterdam of Dutch origin, worked there as director of various cultural institutions and initiatives, mainly within a context of nature conservation, cultural development, and local & social inclusion. Since 2007 I live on a biodynamic farm in the rural mountainous area of Portugal. I created an NGO Association Dominio vale do Mondego, organising an annual art festival, artists´residencies and workshops, both on the farm and in the rural region. Boardmember of Mitost, member of IETM.
