Tandem 360° is a new addition to the existing Tandem programmes for cultural exchange looking for 20 civil society and cultural activists to join the second round of Tandem 360°. We are looking for the organisations that can share the knowledge of their field/discipline AND they have some experience and interest in developing their local/regional/cross-sectoral cooperation.

Participating organizations from Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, and from Libyan initiatives and collectives displaced in these countries will get a chance to connect with change-makers across the region.

INVITATION:

In the spirit of ‘Doing-it-together’, the one-year programme Tandem 360° offers a space to experiment with multidisciplinary project ideas, ecosystem mapping and inventive approaches to create change through culture. More than ever, we do need a 360° perspective. By taking an all-around view on the work and activities of cultural organisations in the selected countries, this programme allows professionals working in culture and civil society from many different disciplines to acquire skills required for ecosystem mapping: looking at not only who they are or why they do what they do, but also at the tools and resources each organisation has or needs to be able to function – engaging in long-term partnerships and deepening their understanding of the local environment, the roles of its players and its complex relations.
Participating organisations will get a chance to connect with change-makers across the region. The Tandem process provides hands-on possibilities for getting real insights into diverse cultural scenes. Participants gain practical experience by collaborating within rapidly changing fields in their regions.
