Vicky Holliday

Growing up I used put on shows with my friends on our street in the school holidays and I've not stopped. I developed a passion for creating magical events that bring people together and a commitment to working with people to co-produce and co-commission relevant art.

I’ve worked regionally and nationally; in participation and outreach roles for Peshkar Productions, Theatre Centre, and artsdepot and on national strategic initiatives including the Young People’s Participatory Theatre programme and the Find Your Talent ensuring young people are heard at the highest level.

In 2014 I joined the team setting up Creative Scene and am responsible for developing long term relationships between local communities, artists and arts organisations, creating opportunities for people to see, hear and take part in the arts. Alongside this I am currently setting up a new organisation focused on encouraging more women and girls into STEAM subjects and careers.
